Defective or Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, you are eligible for a full refund. Please initiate the return process to receive your refund.

Non-Defective Items:

If the item matches the description but you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it. However, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to handmade items. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the item is received in its original condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns. The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in saleable condition.
